WOHS Music Boosters are seeking sponsors to supports the West Orange High School's award winning music program, and to help defray the cost of the marching band competition. To this end, we have instituted a number of different ways in which you can support the program. Choose your sponsorship level:

• Platinum Event Sponsor   $2500

  -Includes full color ad in our event program, brand mentions throughout our event and trophy sponsorship (featuring your brand announcement during the Judging ceremony)

• Gold Event Sponsor   $1500

-Includes a full page color ad in our event program and brand mentions throughout our event

• Silver Event Sponsor $750

 -Includes a half page color ad, and sponsorship of our Air Grams, featuring your brand announcement 4x during the event

• Bronze Event Sponsor $400

  - Includes a half page color ad and a trophy sponsorship, featuring your brand announcement during the Judging ceremony

• Trophy Sponsorship $250

  - Features your brand announcement during the Judging ceremony

On Saturday, October 10th, 2026, the award-winning West Orange High School Marching Band will be hosting its 13th Annual West Orange Marching Band Invitational. It is one of the largest marching band competitions in our area, featuring more than a dozen schools, with anticipated attendance of more than 1,500 spectators and competitors.

To support our event and West Orange High School’s award-winning music program, we are seeking community support through event sponsorships and advertisements in our event program. In addition to supporting our event, each ad/sponsorship purchased from a WOHS Marching Band student will fund part of their student account, which enables them to pay for music-related expenses.

Program Ads are available for purchase at a variety of sizes, colors and cost. The program will be made available to all attendees of our event.
