2025 Marching Band Invitational
On Saturday, October 4, the award-winning West Orange High School Marching Band will be hosting its 12th Annual West Orange Marching Band Invitational. It is one of the largest marching band competitions in our area, featuring more than 12 schools, with anticipated attendance of more than 1,500 spectators and competitors.
In order to make this program possible, and to support the West Orange High School’s award-winning music program, we are seeking community sponsors to help defray the cost of the Competition. To this end, we have a number of different ways in which you can sponsor the program.
Platinum Event Sponsor - a $2500 contribution includes full color ad in our event program, your brand announcement throughout the event, and trophy sponsorship (featuring your brand announcement during the Judging ceremony)
Gold Event Sponsor - a $1500 contribution includes a full page color ad in our event program and your brand announcement throughout the event
Silver Event Sponsor - a $600 contribution includes a half page color ad, and sponsorship of our Air Grams, featuring your brand announcement 4x during the event
Bronze Event Sponsor - a $350 contribution includes a half page color ad and a trophy sponsorship, featuring your brand announcement during the Judging ceremony
Program advertisement - feature your business in the event program handed out to all participants
Each ad purchased from a WOHS student will fund part of their student account, which enables them to pay for music-related expenses in the future.
Please make your donation online and email camera-ready logo/art work for your advertisements to adsales@wohsmusic.org. All orders and art must be received by September 19, 2025.
