The marching band is a competitive unit.  The band performs in approximately seven competitions and a championship event each season.  In addition, the band performs for community events, parades, and school events.  The band also travels!  The band has performed throughout the east coast, including New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, New York, Ohio, Florida, Virginia, and Quebec.  The band has enjoyed much success recently and won the 2005 and 2006 Group V Open USSBA State Championship!  

The marching band competes in two circuits, the United States Scholastic Bands Association (USSBA) and Bands of America (BOA).
